4. Payment Terms
Services are billed via monthly subscriptions or one-time fees.
No refunds are provided once payment is processed.

Client IP: Any data, trademarks, or content you provide remain yours.
AI Outputs: Outputs generated by our AI are licensed for your business use. We may use anonymized or aggregated outputs to improve our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
SyntactAI provides services “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, errors in AI outputs, or business interruptions.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription or account at any time.
We may terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, nonpayment, or other lawful reasons.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States.
10. AI Usage & Fair Use Policy
Users must not use our AI for disallowed content (e.g., illegal activities, hate speech, harmful misinformation).
We may enforce reasonable usage limits to maintain system stability.
Automated decision-making is provided as a tool; final business decisions remain the responsibility of the user.
